Flashback Featured Jack

The Man Formally Known As Henry Gale (his real name being Ben) seems to have some compassion for Kate by inviting her to a breakfast on the beach. Sawyer finds himself in a human Skinner Box. Jack meets an associate of Ben's, Juliet, as she tries to uncover more about him. Being captive reminded Jack of how powerless he was in his divorce.

The Others become the fifth owners of the sailboat The Elizabeth. Libby's husband owned it originally then Libby gave it to Desmond, Kelvin Inman takes possession of it after Desmond washes up on the island and Sayid takes possession of it after Desmond returns after a failed trip to leave the island.
The canteen that Juliet offered to Sawyer had the Caduceus (medical) Hatch logo on it, just like Ethan's canteen did in "Maternity Leave".

 Flashback Featured Jin and Sun
Sun is reminded of the lies and deceptions she has done since childhood while waiting on the boat with Sayid and Jin. They continue to light a signal fire that Sayid said they would do. With no response and a lack of communication between Sayid and Jin, Sayid decides to do an ambush on the Others. A small group of the Others pays a night time visit to the boat. They get the boat but Sun, Jin and Sayid get away. Meanwhile, Kate and Sawyer have become manual laborers while Ben begins to tell Jack about the Others.

Locke, Sayid, Paulo, Nikki and Desmond follow Eko to the Pearl Hatch hoping to find a way to locate Jack, Kate and Sawyer. Jack doesn't know whom to trust when Juliet and Ben seem at odds with one another.

Kate drugs Kevin's drink in order to run away. Previously for Sun, Kate drugged Jin's drink so he couldn't go away on the raft in "Born To Run" and Kate drugged Jack to make sure he got enough rest after trying to save Boone in "The Greater Good". Both Kate and Sawyer have spent some time in Florida. Sawyer in Tampa and Tallahassee and Kate in Palmetto and then heading for Tallahassee when the marshall caught up with her.
Eko's stick says to look North. Previously, it's the direction that Michael went in to find walt in "Three Minutes".

Desmond sees a series of images which include Charlie, Jin, Hurley and a beaken falling from the sky. Desmond believes Penny is coming to the island. He remembers being at a monastary and meeting Penny for the first time.
